Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Customer dislikes the product.
  • Customer ordered the wrong size or fit.
  • Any reason other than damage or defect.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only for products that meet our return eligibility criteria:

  • Refunds are applicable only for damaged or defective products.
  • Once the issue is reported and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • If the reported issue does not meet our eligibility criteria, no refund will be issued, and we will notify you via email.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Sale items or discounted products.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.

How to Raise a Refund Request

If you receive a damaged or defective product, follow these steps:

  • Email us at hindavam.clothing@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the damaged or defective product.
  • Our team will inspect the issue and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund within 3–5 business days.

Please note: Customers are not required to send the product back to us. The refund process will be entirely managed online through our inspection and verification process.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. To request an exchange, please contact us via email at hindavam.clothing@gmail.com. Upon approval, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Processing Time

Once your issue is reported and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. We appreciate your patience as we ensure all requests are properly inspected and handled.
